Located just off Newman Street in downtown East Tawas, the Iosco-Arenac District Library Administrative Headquarters is where the District Director leads the organization under the oversight of the Library Board of Trustees. This office sets district-wide policies and procedures, ensures compliance with state and federal laws, and coordinates operations and programming across all eight branches.

Headquarters manages the district-wide collection and provides technology to every branch including desktop computers for the public and staff, internet, and Wi-Fi, ensuring patrons have reliable access to information and resources. Staff also work closely with partners such as the Valley Library Consortium, White Pine Library Cooperative, Midwest Collaborative for Library Services, and the Michigan eLibrary, making it possible to offer the wide-ranging services our communities rely on every day.

These offices are not open to the public; however, staff assistance and notary services are available by appointment.

Free outdoor Wi-Fi is offered at this location for community use.
